Arbor gives parents the ability to access to your child's information (eg medical, contacts, consents & attendance); report absences; sign up to clubs and trips; pay for school meals and other items; and receive school communications.

All school communications will come straight to your personal email inbox.
It is really important that parents add these email addresses into your contacts to prevent the school communications going into junk. Also see here on how to whitelist sites.

Arbor Help Centre is very good if you get stuck, but if you can’t find the solution to the problem contact the school.
New parents will need to create an Arbor account, and when you first sign in you will be required to confirm all your child’s and your information in the system.
Parents must confirm consent for your child for the following, when you first log-in:
- Administering First Aid
- Contacting Doctor (in emergency)
- Internet Access & publishing work
- Local Visits
- Handling the Hamster & PAT Dog
- KS2 Walking home alone
- Photo consents – for 1) website, BLOG, Facebook, Instagram, 2) YouTube school channel, 3) in school, 4)partner organisations and media.
Primary Guardians will be sent an email directly from Arbor – please check your junk messages and ensure to add the sender to your safe-senders list. To finish creating your account, you just need to set a password. You can do this by going to login.arbor.sc, clicking on ‘Forgotten Password?’ and following the instructions on screen. Your username is in the Arbor email sent to you. Please be aware this link is time-sensitive - you only have 4 days to connect (96 hours) - so please set up your account ASAP.

Once you have registered through the Parent Portal, the Arbor Parent App can be downloaded (from the Playstore on android phones or the Apple Store on iPhones). If you would prefer to use the app, then please remember to enable notifications in the app.
