PLEASE NOTE: Different pupil numbers between schools can result in some misleading percentages and conclusions. For example, in our school, one pupil = 2%. For a much smaller school, one pupil may represent 10%, meaning that the results from any single pupil will have a greater effect on the overall percentage.

Progress

During the year, parents/ carers are invited to consultation meetings to discuss pupil targets and progress, and invited in to see their child’s work.  A detailed written report is given at the end of the school year, additionally we provide a ‘Progress Report’ in the Spring Term.

At the end of Years 2 and 6 each child will be more formally assessed through National tests called the Standard Attainment Tasks (SATs).  Details of these are sent out as part of the end of year reports.
