Online safety lead Mrs L Hall & Mrs H Picton
Governor for Safeguarding Mrs A Taylor

What does safeguarding children mean?

All adults who come into contact with children, including parents and volunteer helpers, have a responsibility to help keep those children safe from harm and danger, and to safeguard and promote their welfare.

To do this, parents and volunteer helpers must have an understanding of safeguarding within the school setting, and know what to do if there are any concerns about a child or young person.

Please see the school's Safeguarding Statement and our Safeguarding leaflet for parents and volunteer helpers.

Please also see the parent pamphlet regarding The Prevent Strategy.

Our Safeguarding Policy is on our policy page or available from the School Office.
